That means that 28 to 32 years ago the price of a home was relatively higher than it has been in your entire adult life, until now, I bought my family a home when the price was comparable to 2008 or thereabouts.Prices which had already quadrupled in the preceding ten years soared again from 1981 to 1990. Lawyers and real estate agents saw their opportunity. Family men's homes for their families had gone up. So, 10% for the real estate agent and 30% for the lawyer and 50% for the wife, of the value of house at the new price.Where was the actual cash that would have to be created to accomplish this if it was not done at the point of Police guns. Why nowhere, it was an enforced by law Women's Fantasy. The more responsible and thrifty I had been, the more I would owe. Why would my wife who never lifted a finger expect her OWN house? Malignant narcissism. The Family Home owning man, the women had rarely contributed to the cost of home ownership in my time of divorce, was then saddled with twice the cost of his original purchase and in addition had to pay to support the children which would have been cheaper without someone who was "not cheap" and who "didn't care" in charger of spending through marriage, divorce and the post divorce continuing expense generation, harassment, false accusation, vulnerability to other advantageous predators such as Fake 911 Callers, {they are other vengeful toxic envious women who doing this assisted by women breaking the law to disclose false accusation so the Fake 911 calls can be tailored to the victimized man, sometimes very clumsily,}, as a result of the wife's false accusations..
